Ruslana is an applied linguist and teacher trainer with over 10 years of teaching experience. She found her true passion in life as an English teacher in 2002. She has been awarded a diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, Russia. She has published over 10 scientific articles based on Language Teaching Research. She is certified with TKT, TKT YL, TKT CLIL Cambridge; Teacher Training Programme, Oxford University Department Continuing Education. She has been honoured with an award for excellence in teaching by Department of Education, Kemerovo. She is a regular attendee and speaker of international ELT seminars and conferences. She combines her work with mentoring newly-qualified teachers and she will be happy to share her experience and to give practical recommendations how to deal with difficulties in teaching.
